Walking is a really simple way you can start to improve your hormone health & overall health.  New research shows that walking between 8,000 & 12,000 steps a day, 7 days a week can reduce all-cause mortality by up to 51% !!!

Walking helps balance blood sugar, improve insulin sensitivity, can be a great stress reducer, is low impact so it won’t cause a big cortisol spike, can improve cardiovascular health, improve digestion, & aid in weight loss.  Put on your favorite playlist and get moving!

Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Forget about age, it’s all about strength and determination! Lifting heavy weights at 40  is my secret to staying fit and feeling fierce. Join me on this amazing journey! 💥🔥 

Here’s a full body routine you can do with a bench & some heavy weights.  Heavier weights, lower reps (10-12) is best for building muscle & keeping us strong ladies.  We lose muscle mass & bone density as we age lifting heavy is one way to prevent that.

3 sets, 10-12 reps
