Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Sharing with y’all one of my favorite breakfasts right now.  I don’t do a lot of meal prepping & I don’t like to spend a lot of time cooking, BUT my food does have to be delicious! 😋 

I like to have fresh veggies, fruit, protein & healthy carbs on hand and I mix and match based on what I’m in the mood for.  This breakfast has lots of veggies which are good for your gut ( a healthy gut supports healthy hormones), good fat & protein.  All of which also helps keep your blood sugar stable in the morning. 

I know not everyone likes veggies, especially first thing in the morning but y’all, sometimes you have to be willing to explore, try new things and adjust your mindset around “breakfast” food.  If you’ll eat breakfast for dinner why not something you normally eat for dinner, for breakfast?! Let me know if you would try this.

I know there’s lots of new eyes here, HI! 👋  thanks for being here!  A little about me, I’m a fitness & nutrition expert with @bodi I’ve been with the company for 11 years but have been in the industry for over 20. I hold multiple certifications from @nutritionschool including Health Coaching, Gut Health & hormone health.  I’ve also been certified through NASM, ACE, & AFPA in fitness and am currently working towards my @basipilates certification.  I love helping people feel there best & do it in a way that can be a lifestyle.

I’m currently in development on my 18th program with BODi, this one is specific to women’s hormonal health (all ages, not just peri menopause/ menopause). I have 46 women of all ages testing the program right now, they just finished week 5 of the program, I wanted to share there progress pics, but what’s even better is how they are saying they feel!!!! 

Energy through the roof
calmer mood
sleeping through the night
less stressed
more focused
night sweats & hot flashes getting less intense
losing weight without a struggle
feeling like they are being a better mom because they have more patience. 

The list goes on & on.  I am so excited to be launching this program later this year.
