I don’t do a lot of meal prepping & I don’t like to spend a lot of time cooking, BUT my food does have to be delicious! 😋 I like to have fresh veggies, fruit, protein & healthy carbs on hand and I mix and match based on what I’m in the mood for. This breakfast has lots of veggies which are good for your gut ( a healthy gut supports healthy hormones), good fat & protein. All of which also helps keep your blood sugar stable in the morning. I know not everyone likes veggies, especially first thing in the morning but y’all, sometimes you have to be willing to explore, try new things and adjust your mindset around “breakfast” food. If you’ll eat breakfast for dinner why not something you normally eat for dinner, for breakfast?!
