Christina Pascucci Instagram – Everyone talks about the birth story, but nobody talks about how hard postpartum can be. It’s not just the raging hormones or sleepless nights (which morning news trained me for :)). It’s breastfeeding through tears cause it’s so painful and you need to pee but you can’t cause the baby is latched on to you, so you wet your adult diaper you’re wearing cause mothers can bleed for up to 12 weeks after birth, and then baby simultaneously has a blowout and spits up in your hair. And in 3 hours it all repeats again. And again.
