Claudia Sandoval Instagram – Tonight I got to visit my Homie Chef Matt of @tributepizza for a last birthday Dinner with my dearest friend annbeaverhausen who is in town from San Francisco. What a treat! Tonight’s Tribute Special was “The Weight In Gold” Pizza with wood fired maitake mushrooms, goats milk Gouda, foraged ramps and a tableside shaving of black truffles. Chef also sent out some perfectly ripe heirloom tomatoes with fresh burrata, balsamic and basil dust along with the fluffiest focaccia of my life. Oh and then there was the charred broccolini with a sunny side up egg, Calabrian Chiles and Fried Garlic 🤤. Oh and dessert!!! The Banana Bread Pudding was to die for. Run. Don’t walk.
