And then I was fortunate enough to have lunch with Patti and tell her how moved I was by her book. This book is hopeful, insightful and compassionate. While I am not familiar with the journey of Alzheimer’s per se, I know what it’s like to be a care partner. I also really appreciated how knowledgeable Patti is about the world of frontotemporal dementia that is clearly evident within the pages.
