I’m always looking for ways to customize a meal for either low fat and moderate carbs OR low carbs (pretty much no carbs) and heathy fats (keto). I always get moderate to higher protein with either option too.

These two options are really the easiest way to simplify nutrition for anyone.

Cava is VERY high in sodium so just remember you’re probably going to hold some water weight. You can offset some of this by drinking more water and supplementing with a small amount of potassium. I usually do about 200mg twice a day.

Then, go do your cardio and you’ll sweat out a lot of the water weight in a day or so. REMEMBER – you can’t “out-cardio” bad nutrition.
