First of all, I give *all* the credit to God. I’d pray & envision myself w a healthy pregnancy🙏 I’m so thankful God chose to bless us with *two* healthy babies!🤰👶👶 I did change my lifestyle to try to help myself get pregnant (and honestly, I was just about to seek fertility treatment. But before we spent our life’s savings on IVF I decided to try to help myself become as healthy and strong as possible!)💪 Here’s what I did to try to help myself get pregnant naturally: 1) I cut out all alcohol. I literally just quit drinking cold turkey.🤪 2) I stopped drinking a gallon of caffeinated beverages every day. I stopped w my morning coffee, afternoon Starbucks coffee order, and energy drinks whenever I felt sluggish. I switched to only green tea and only once a day. THIS WAS HARD.🤪 3) I got a gym membership and went at least 3X a week. I became more active & focused on strength training💪 4) I began taking supplements that I had researched and were proven to help. I took @needed optimal egg quality and I had Doug take the sperm support before I ever even partnered with them bc I knew they give optimal nutrition (not just the bare minimum). I also took their CoQ10. I took prenatal vitamins & a few other supplements, too. 5)I changed my diet. I tried cutting out gluten, dairy and extra processed/sugary foods (I def cheated on this🫣) Progress, not perfection was my motto.
