Woke up feeling a little ‘meh’ today. Not all days are great days and it’s important to share those days that aren’t too great on here as well.
Not sure why…. I might just be tired, hormones, subconscious worries and thoughts; who knows. All I know is that I love to stretch and breathe to help me through any kind of low moment. Lyra was having her mid-morning nap so took some time to light a candle, just breathe and stretch and immediately I started feeling better. Not to mention Lyra’s smile and cuddles, that’s the best medicine I could ask for 🤍

I could not be prouder of my brother @fizzymanrara graduating from the @delta #flightattendant school! There were about 200,000 that applied globally and only 900 graduated, and he was one of them! My sister and I could not be at the graduation, but we were there in spirit, with bells on! Mom and dad flew over and loved cheering him on as he walked on stage when they called his name. If you catch him in one of your flights, give him a little congrats! It was a journey, but as I always said to him, “trust the process” and he prevailed! Excited for this new chapter in his life! 👏🏼🙌🏼💫

Thank you @donaheys for giving us the space to share our passion for dance w/ everyone who attended. To everyone who joined our classes, well done for taking that step and coming through the door to learn to dance. You were all so wonderful! Had my second session of micro-needling today w/ @theaestheticsdoctor. We’ve been working together to help with my pigmentation from years of not being careful in the sun in Miami! ☀️ (Side note: WEAR SUNSCREEN!)
I didn’t have anyone to look after Lyra so she came along. Luckily she behaved so, so well. Such a proud mummy!🙏🏼 We went a little deeper this time w/ the needles, but it was not too painful at all. Now we wait for the skin to naturally rejuvenate over the next few days. I love #DrAhmed because he understands that I want to work on my skin, but as naturally as possible. I’m not afraid of aging, but if I can give myself a little boost and help, why not? 👍🏼

If you have fine hair like I do, I think you’ll appreciate these @livingproofuk products! I have been using their products for YEARS so I thought it’s time to give them a good shout out and share it w/ you all. For this video, I started w/ their Clarifying Detox Shampoo, followed by their Triple Bond Complex to help strengthen my hair (only once a week). Then I applied their Texturising Foam on my damp hair before blow drying it with my fingers, and then finally (my personal favourite) their Volumising & Root-Lifting Spray bit by bit as I styled it. I definitely see great results so if you’re wanting to do something without needing to back comb or add pieces, give these products a go. I’ve tagged all of the links to them in here for ease too 👍🏼
