Kate Nash Instagram - Some more imagery from the Space Odyssey 2001 music video. I’ve loved the 1993 movie The Secret Garden since I first saw it as a kid. The image of Mary Lennox crying in the hills always felt so weighty & beautiful & it inspired the crying scenes from the music video as you can see here. Pretty sure it inspired many crying scenes from my real life too. Sometimes you feel so small & alone in the world and like the world is so big! And it helps to feel that small sometimes. I always think of the video ‘the blue dot’ and how we’re all on this tiny blue dot, the earth is so massive and wild feeling, but we’re just this tiny speck of dust in the universe 💫
