Spent the last three days in @huntingtonhospital passing a kidney stone the size of a couple of grains of sand. It was the most pain I have ever experienced in my life. Please drink plenty of water and treat your body right. And make sure you have someone to help you through it all. And thanks to the doctors and nurses at Huntington. They were phenomenal.
