You know, flying and traveling with t1d is always stressful, and packing insulin is usually a struggle for me. Insulin has to be refrigerated, and I never really know how to pack it and keep it cool, so it doesn’t go bad. I used to try packing it in a lunch box with ice packs, but then, TSA started confiscating the ice packs… So, for a long time, I would just carry my insulin in my purse and just kind of hope for the best 🤷🏻♀️
