Leanne Ford Instagram – When I was young my mom and I would make a special trip to Crabtree and Evelyn to get the @indiahicksstyle perfume “Island Living” — to me the smell was perfection and the idea that this woman was making her way and her mark on the world creatively, all while ocean side in a tiny Bahaman town, felt like magic in every way. Well yesterday, thanks to the Women’s Committee of the @carnegiemuseumofart I realized I was right. @indiahicksstyle IS magic. A fast friend with a truly British sense of humor (my favorite kind!!) and casual undone beachy/British style by the droves. (Also my favorite kind.) I told her she’s invited back to Pittsburgh whenever. But I then quickly corrected myself and said, “Ya know what, skip that— I’ll come to you.” Holly!!
