Lilián García Instagram – Want to transform your life? DO HARD THINGS!! This weekend, I participated in my first ever @spartan race! It had actually been on my bucket list for quite some time, but I never thought I was quite ready for it. An invitation just two weeks ago changed all that. Without overthinking it, I accepted the offer to come join my @themdkproject friends in the race, and what resulted was unexpected. I HAD FUN! The fact is, I was more ready then I thought! Because I work out regularly, I was able to fall into a groove. And having my friends alongside me where we could cheer each other on made it an awesome experience!! Bottom line, don’t be afraid to DO HARD THINGS!
