On the 70th anniversary of the Brown v. Board of Education decision, I’m reflecting on my visit to the Hockessin Colored School #107. Its Center for Diversity, Inclusion & Social Equity keeps Delaware’s role in this case alive – and reminds us of our collective duty to tell it.
In Delaware, we have the best teachers. Across our state, they are making lifelong impacts on our future generations, helping them to reach higher heights & equipping them to solve the problems of tomorrow. To all of our teachers: thank you, and happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
