I think the best thing I ever did in my adult life was to start digging deep and asking myself why I am the way I am and do things the way I do. It takes a ton of work and intentionality. It helped me confront all sides of myself both light & dark so I can heal what hurts & triggers. It helped me work on my ego & acquired behaviours as defence mechanism, & to be raw, vulnerable & to speak my truth. I think it’s the most beautiful journey within oneself 👼🌸♥️
