Maggie Q Instagram – To stay healthy, I work out regularly, grow most of my own food, and even founded my own supplement company (shoutout @activatedyou !) but all of that effort can be futile if you’re not hydrated.

Not enough sleep, excessive sugar intake, drinking alcohol, and airplane travel are sneaky reasons we get dehydrated. All of those reasons have affected me over the years, so I’m constantly looking for some help to drink more water.
