Maggie Q Instagram – Protein bars are overly-processed, have too much sugar, and lots of other ingredients you don’t need. And, for what it’s worth, I don’t really love the texture or flavor.
Instead! I make the cutest little whole food snacks. I line them up in the fridge, and when I need a little something I grab one and I’m good to go. These recipes aren’t going to blow your mind. I’m just hoping they’re a little reminder that you can avoid processed foods, still eat healthy, and have it taste good too!
