BISCUIT BASE
180 g Digestive biscuits
1 pinch of salt
90 g butter

VANILLA FILLING
375 g cream cheese
115 g powdered sugar
1 1/2 vanilla pod
225 g heavy cream

DECORATION
fresh strawberries
thin chocolate straws
forget-me-nots

INSTRUCTIONS 👇🏻
Maja Vase Instagram – Cocoa mirror glaze RECIPE 🔮 Perfectly shiny and reflective as a mirror 💁🏼‍♀️ Save the recipe and drop a 💜, if you like it 👇🏻🙏🏻

6 leaves of gelatine (bloom value 240)
100 g heavy cream
50 g water
150 g caster sugar
150 g glucose syrup 
50 g cocoa powder

Soak gelatine in cold water. In a small saucepan, bring cream, water, sugar, and glucose syrup to a boil and remove from heat. Squeeze excess water from gelatine and stir into the warm cream. Sift cocoa powder into a plastic pitcher. Add the warm cream a little at a time and stir until combined. Sieve and hand blend. Let cool down to 35-38 ºC and pour over your frozen cake 🪄✨
