Today I turn 30! 🎉🎉 My 20s were filled with college, law school, navigating a pandemic, and so many exciting memories! I adopted three perfect (most of the time) cats, got engaged to @haydenmiddleton, fulfilled a lifelong dream of being on @bigbrothercbs, and made so many incredible friends along the way. I can’t wait to see what this next decade has in store for me. Everyone says their 30s are their favorite decade, and I’m about to find out why! But I could do without the knee pain that comes with aging 😜

One year ago I had the opportunity to live out a life long dream and play my favorite game: Big Brother. When I entered the backyard that night, I had no idea what was in store for me! It would be the start of one of the most incredible experiences of my life with some of the greatest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting ❤️ I may not have won, and made some mistakes along the way, but I learned some valuable lessons and made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you to everyone who supported me on my Big Brother journey, it means so much to me ❤️ As crazy as the whole experience was, I’d do it again in a heartbeat! Also, I love this photo because I went in thinking I’d be capable of “playing it cool”, but there was no hiding how excited I was to be there 😂😂 #bb24

Our honeymoon is by far my favorite trip @haydenmiddleton and I have taken yet 😘 We’ve been back for less than a week, and I already want to go on another cruise 😂 we had such a great time with @royalcaribbean exploring Mexico, Belize, and Honduras! Some highlights: visiting sloths, monkeys, and birds in Roatan; snorkeling and visiting incredible beaches; seeing Mayan ruins; and definitely meeting the Queen of Survivor, @sassysdt !! Making all of these memories with Hayden and unplugging for a week was just what we needed after some April snowstorms and our recent move! Don’t make these mistakes when manifesting your dreams… ✨ Aiming for the minimum. Remember, you’ll land wherever you aim. 🎯 So make sure your fear isn’t keeping you playing small. I remember doing this during Big Brother…I was so focused on manifesting getting on the show, I did zero mental work to affirm that I truly wanted to win! 🤦♀️ So is your dream to make enough money to make ends meet each month, or do you want to rake in the 💵💵💵?! Be honest with yourself and stop acting like the lesser dream is preferable to you! Make sure you aim for the end result that you TRULY want, even if it may seem outlandish or unbelievable to you! Train your brain to think in best case scenarios. ✨ Being sloppy with your focus. Our focus is like our own personal magic wand. 🪄 Wherever you place your attention and you think about, you will create in your life. So be sure that most of your focus, attention & thoughts are centered on what you want to achieve! Just like in this example with Michael, he focused on making it to 6th place…and he made it to 6th place and no further. ✨ Thinking thoughts that are counterproductive to your goals. Our thoughts are the instructions that we give our brains. 🧠 They help our brains know which information to filter into our conscious awareness and which to leave out. The more you focus on thoughts that believe in your goals, the more awareness & access you’ll have of supportive evidence on why that could be true. Have you been making any of these mistakes while manifesting? 🙋♀️ Hey, it’s okay, we’ve all been there. 💕 The first step is awareness that it’s happening and catching yourself when you notice you are doing it. @michaelbruner3 and I initially bonded in the Big Brother house over the fact that we watched a lot of the same “advice” videos from past houseguests as part of our strategy prep for the show …so we thought it would be fun to record our own video now! Tune into this IG Live Replay where we cover what we wish we would have known before entering into the BB house, our thoughts on strategy early on in the game, and other tidbits/things we would have done differently knowing what we know now.
