✨ Aiming for the minimum.
Remember, you’ll land wherever you aim. 🎯
So make sure your fear isn’t keeping you playing small.
I remember doing this during Big Brother…I was so focused on manifesting getting on the show, I did zero mental work to affirm that I truly wanted to win! 🤦♀️
So is your dream to make enough money to make ends meet each month, or do you want to rake in the 💵💵💵?!
Be honest with yourself and stop acting like the lesser dream is preferable to you!
Make sure you aim for the end result that you TRULY want, even if it may seem outlandish or unbelievable to you!
Train your brain to think in best case scenarios.
✨ Being sloppy with your focus.
Our focus is like our own personal magic wand. 🪄
Wherever you place your attention and you think about, you will create in your life.
So be sure that most of your focus, attention & thoughts are centered on what you want to achieve!
Just like in this example with Michael, he focused on making it to 6th place…and he made it to 6th place and no further.
✨ Thinking thoughts that are counterproductive to your goals.
Our thoughts are the instructions that we give our brains. 🧠
They help our brains know which information to filter into our conscious awareness and which to leave out.
The more you focus on thoughts that believe in your goals, the more awareness & access you’ll have of supportive evidence on why that could be true.
