Natalie Haynes Instagram – Just a note to say thanks so much for all your messages and well-wishes – it helped me to feel connected to myself when I really needed it. I’m out of hospital, and though I won’t be running races any time soon, I did manage a short walk in the sunshine today. Thank you for bearing with us – some more tour dates will have to shift, I’m afraid, but we’ll get things back on track as and when we can and we’ll keep you updated as we do it.
