Pooja Bedi Instagram – I decided to embark on the #75hardchallenge .
And OMG!!

Rules
2 exercise session of 45 minutes each of whoch 1 compulsory outdoors

Read 10 pages of a non fiction book
Drink 4 litres of water
NO sugar
NO alcohol

Make a sensible meal plan. (I chucked out gluten and fried food from my diet)

If you miss ANY OF THESE. U RESET back to day 1.

And it a true TEST! Not just of your strength, commitment, dedication and focus.. but also honesty!!

Because who else knows except for you as to what u missed and whether it should be overlooked without the overwhelming reality of a RESET!!!

I persisted and I persevered!!! Despite hectic schedules.. walked even at 2 am.. and woke up at 5 am… if I had to.

And then…. day 68!!! GULP!!!
I woke up and burst into tears. In sheer exhaustion had not done my daily log… and realised I had FORGOTTEN TO READ 10 pages. !!!
Everyone told me to carry on.. that I should read 20 pages the next day.. etc etx.
And it did. But it didn’t feel right.
A challenge is a challenge. I failed.

And either I reset or rest till I can do it again.
I won in so many ways…
And this challenge has done SO MUCH FOR ME!!!

Gratitude.

And I look forward to retrying it later this year!! Whoever wants to join this in a group endeavour with me write your names in the comment and let’s try to WIN TOGETHER ❤️
Pooja Bedi Instagram – Achche din or Purane din or Naye din??

Every Govt brings with it their agenda’s. Some politicians stand for what you want, some for what you don’t want.

What matters to you? The right to free speech? Secularism? True democracy?

Vote for what brings a POSITIVE change to YOUR life.

If you don’t like what you see around you, you have the power to change it!
WITH YOUR VOTE! 🧡🤍💚
Yes! your vote matters even if you have ZERO faith in any politician you can choose NOTA (None Of The Above) at the voting booth.
Even that matters!

I urge you all, especially the youth to get their voter ids and join in the process. It’s time to take responsibility. For your lives, your future and this vibrant democracy. LET’S VOTE!

If you expect rights as a citizen, you have to do your duty as a citizen as well.

I congratulate @iimunofficial on its #Myfirstvote campaign and am happy to do my bit to amplify the need to vote!
