If you have a problem with everyone being free from the River to the Sea… but only some of the people being free, the problem is not the chant… The problem is you! From the River to the Sea… Palestine will be free!!! BDS until BDS Boycott Divest and Sanction. Until Binational Democratic State. #freepalestine
Palestinians are “resisting” genocide actually. I beg people still using the word ‘nuance’ and ‘complex’ 7 months into this live-streamed genocide, read Palestinians who have written libraries worth of beautiful, compelling, brilliant nuance. After 76 years of nuance, our children’s bodies are being ripped and burnt to shreds on our phone screens whilst pretentious writers think that students protesting over 14,000 slaughtered children need to consider how Zionists feel about their protests. Swipe right for some ‘nuanced’ takes.

“We cannot get the smell of burnt human flesh out”. Reports from the burnt tents in Rafah.
Someone tell these fascists it wasn’t the Palestinians behind the holocaust…
Public servants stand with Dr Randa Abdel-Fattah Last week Dr Randa Abdel-Fattah invited families to bring their children for an excursion to the Gaza Solidarity Encampment at the University of Sydney. Activities offered included face painting, Tatreez, and a teach-in. The event offered children a much needed space of comfort, healing and community. Children were also taught about Aboriginal sovereignty and our responsibilities to this land. Children at the event chanted ‘intifada’ meaning ‘uprising’ or ‘revolution’ in Arabic. The Arabic-speakers among us are used to racist interpretations of our words and phrases. In reality, the student encampments and the Kids Excursion embody the call to ‘shake off’ and rise up against seven months of Israeli bombardment that has killed over 15,000 children with impunity. the Murdoch Press, along with other zionist agitators have initiated a racist and Islamophobic smear campaign against Dr Abdel-Fattah. They have racialised the children who attended, portraying them as violent extremists, echoing the larger zionist dehumanisation of Palestinians. We reject this. PSA for Palestine joins many other Pro Palestinian, Human Rights, Anti Zionist Jewish organisations and community groups in standing in solidarity with Dr Abdel-Fattah and her students and against the dehumanisation of our children. While agitators continue to make defamatory statements about Dr Abdel-Fattah, and publicly pressure her employer, Macquarie University, to dismiss her and revoke her Fellowship, we ask you all to show your support. Call to Action: 1. Sign the letter in support of Dr Abdel-Fattah (link in our tree). 2. Lodge a complaint with the Australian Press Council. 3. Email letters of support to [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] 4. Email individuals committing journalistic malpractice directly and demand retractions, apologies and an end to their biased zionist reporting.

A History of Palestinian Resistance: A New Mini Series Over the next several weeks I plan on releasing one episode per week that focuses specifically on the evolution of Palestinian resistance. The series begins in the Ottoman era and takes us right through to the present day. Unlike my other episodes, however, these episodes are excerpts from live presentations that I have given on the subject over the years. The audio quality isn’t always the best, but it is always tolerable. I have put this together to help you prepare for my upcoming series, Resistance Inc Part 2. Look for Preoccupation: A-Not-So-Brief History of Palestine on Spotify, Apple Podcast, and nearly every other platform. Enjoy!
On #WorldPressFreedomDay we celebrate the relentless courage, resilience and determination of Palestinian journalists murdered by the racist and genocidal occupation. You will forever be remembered. 🇵🇸 #PressFreedom #PressFreedomDay

‼️PLEASE SHARE WIDELY!‼️ Kids being told to bin pictures, teachers told what they can teach, staff told not to discuss “the conflict”, families from Gaza instructed they cannot speak about Gaza. Anti-Palestinian racism is rife across our workplaces and at our schools – and it must stop! Whether a student, teacher, family member, or friend, if you’ve experienced or witnessed anti-Palestinian racism at an educational institution (school, university, TAFE etc.), please report the incident to the register. Reporting to the register is a critical way to inform how we fight against this rising anti-Palestinian racism. Reporting can take a matter of minutes, and all reports are treated confidential. Please share the register with all your friends and family. Link in APAN bio. https://apan.org.au/anti-palestine-racism-in-schools-register/
