IT IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF RIGHT NOW. PERIOD. Plus, you don’t need to spend any money. Maybe on some good walking shoes or hiking shoes. That’s it. No gym membership. No trainer. Get up and WALK. I don’t think I’ve been more aware of the consequences of not moving and staying active until Pierre became a firefighter and he’d come home and tell the horror stories of adults and older adults who are unable to move and avoid a terrible outcome.
