The most majestic animal God created. Wild horses roam all over certain parts of Arizona and finding them is so incredibly special. Keep moving! That’s one thing I harp on with my Mother and to myself. Keep moving mom! Sara! No matter what: walk, hike, bike, move, move, move. IT IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF RIGHT NOW. PERIOD. Plus, you don’t need to spend any money. Maybe on some good walking shoes or hiking shoes. That’s it. No gym membership. No trainer. Get up and WALK. I don’t think I’ve been more aware of the consequences of not moving and staying active until Pierre became a firefighter and he’d come home and tell the horror stories of adults and older adults who are unable to move and avoid a terrible outcome. Sedentary lifestyles are debilitating. God Bless!!
Eight Years. I was six months pregnant walking down the aisle on this day. Wow. One bit of advice I would give anyone getting married: make sure you can make each other LAUGH! Laugh Laugh Laugh! Oh, and God first. Love the Lord! Love this ride with you, Babe. Nerd.
