Embracing the silliness of play has allowed greater self-expression. You don’t have to worry about what other people are thinking, you can just have fun and explore creativity. Allowing others to take the lead can help you confront issues with trust. So many of the things I worked on has helped me be present with those around me and stay open to more.
Spending this time with family is so cherished. I feel so blessed to have them here with me. Gonna miss my Riley-bear!
