Sheryl Sandberg Instagram – Congratulations to my friend Andrew Cameron (@acamero5) for being named Director of the Department of Surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Andy and I went to college together, where he was the most intense pre-med student I had ever met — and someone who managed to be a great friend and a lot of fun at the same time. 35 years later, he is now taking on one of the most important roles in the medical field.
