My mom, @adele.sandberg, has provided an endless supply of love and support to my siblings, children, and me — and has done so with unfailing generosity. She has a unique gift of always finding the silver lining of life’s biggest challenges, encouraging everyone she knows to do the same. Mom, I can never thank you enough for being my first call, my biggest cheerleader, and the person I most hope to live up to. @tom_bernthal’s mom, Joan, embraced me as her daughter from the first moment we met. She exudes warmth and care in every interaction. Joan has an innate understanding of the needs of those around her — whether she’s offering a comforting word, a big hug, or simply being there. Even with all this joy, we’re also missing Dave’s mom, Paula today. Paula devoted her life to working with children with disabilities while raising two incredible sons. Her commitment to making the world a better place continues to inspire me and my children. To all the moms and mother figures, thank you for everything you do to lift us up.
