The first episode of Self-Care with Sunetra has served up some real food for thought 🌟
We know, that if we brush our teeth every day, twice a day and attend regular dental hygienist appointments, that we’re less likely to run into any issues with our teeth and gums, as caring for something everyday works as a preventative method.
So, why not the same with our minds? 💭
We leave our mental well-being to deteriorate, until it’s at its worst, and then we take action. As opposed to looking after our mental fitness in the good times, so that when the tough times hit – we’re able to navigate those times better.. 🌱
