Andrew was out with a stomach bug and Sawyer had meetings so the rest of us took some time on Friday to get some PANCAKES at the lovely Tom’s Restaurant, known for their delicious pancakes. And boy did they not disappoint, especially the cinnamon roll pancakes.
Choco Taco part 2! It was getting late in the day so we were up against the clock, which meant that the ice cream didn’t have a chance to fully firm up in the freezer. Add to that the fact that the fudge made the ice cream harder to freeze in general (and the fact that piping ice cream is hard on the hands and it makes it melt quicker, and what you have is an extremely fast melting ice cream that we had to pipe into precarious little waffle tacos as fast as possible. So we ended up getting the thing together and the final shot literally as ice cream was beginning to seep out of the magic shell. But it was so tasty. So, so tasty. Enjoy!
