To add to my list of comfort food; Mexican cuisine, Lebanese/Syrian/Palestinian and Chinese, but when I say Chinese, I mean, Cantonese, Dim Sum, Imperial Cuisine, and especially the nuance of Taiwanese cuisine as it has a lot of influence from regional Chinese cuisine, Japanese, South East Asian and Western.
