Every journey begins with two things, a first step and the intention to go in a direction. For so long, I’d hoped that the first step was enough, that inertia would carry me the rest of the way. Unfortunately for me, that wasn’t the case. And so, I’ve had to remind myself, every step is the first step, and every step requires just as much intention as the last one.
