This has been in the works for a long time and I am so excited that it’s finally happening.
It’s a week to step away from our hustle to unplug, dial in, challenge habits, connect and share with likeminded individuals.
I find that in my everyday life with all the to do’s and responsibilities I tend to be an island and although I crave community, it never seems to find me here in LA. So with this retreat I’m attempting to foster the community I seek and build brotherhood around a way of life that brings me joy, heals my body and fuels my soul.
Rather than just take a trip on my own to reset I feel called to facilitate a space for others to join and hope that this trip, the activities and time with one another will be as beneficial to them as I know it will be for me.
