Many restaurants now serve these Extraaa Crispy Onion rings or as some call it Dosa Onion Rings and they’re oh so delishaaas. I found them on the @pijjapalace menu which is uber popular in LA and ufff the crunch on these is just a full 💯 Yay or Nay? Also @thekurtaguy I’m looking at you bro. Does Dos.ai agree?

Extraaa Crispy Onion Rings
Peel & slice 3 Onions
😎😮💨
Coat them lightly with rice flour
250g Thick dosa batter
Dip the onion rings in the batter
& fry in hot oil
till GBC 🤤🔥
Look at those 🤌🏻🔥
Sprinkle them with salt & podi
hear that CRUNCH 🤌🏻😮💨
