Saransh Goila Instagram – Ever had Litchi like this? This is a childhood favourite where we would freeze a lot of litchi or lychee and then have it with a chatpata masala. These would also make for a fab garnish on top of a drink! Have you had this season’s first litchi yet?
Frozen Litchi
Peel & de-seed 15 Litchis
Roll them back as shown
Place them in an ice tray
Squeeze some lemon juice
Freeze for 6 hours
Dry roast 8 red chilies
Add them to a mortar
Castor sugar, to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Chaat masala
Pound into a coarse powder
Look at that 🔥😮💨
Toss the frozen litchis with the masala, to taste
Add them to a skewer
