Don’t worry about that extra pour of ghee. After the tadka just preserve the ghee and use it elsewhere. Podi Potato Button Noodles
300g Potato, boiled
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
80g Tapioca starch or Potato starch
Mix well
Shape into bite sized pieces
Use a chopstick to make a dent
Look at that 🤌🏻
Add salt to boiling water
Drop them carefully into the water
& boil them for about 3 to 4 minutes
Or till they float on top
Strain them out
Generously sprinkle podi onto the
noodles
Pour hot ghee on the top
Mix well
