High Protein Sattu Paneer Sandwich
150g Paneer
6tbsp Sattu
2 Green chilies
1/2 inch Ginger, peeled
A handful of fresh coriander
1/2 tsp Jeera
Salt to taste
150ml Water
Blend into a smooth paste
Look at that 😮💨🤤
Baste a dosa tawa with some ghee
Spread the batter well
1 tsp Ghee
Flip & cook from both sides
till GBC 🤤🔥
Cut the chilla as desired
Eat the leftovers first 🤌🏻🤤
To make the sandwich
Spread some green chutney
A few cucumber slices
Tomato slices
Sprinkle some sandwich masala
Onion slices
Beetrooot slices
Boiled slices
Sprinkle some sandwich masala
Sandwich with the other half
