Maybe if the police were held accountable for their actions, and the officers who ignored or were dismissive of women who’ve come to them for HELP and who ended up dying should be held partly responsible.
We need to remember that in any organisation, the culture is set from the TOP.
What is happening at the top of the police force that is allowing offices to be conditioned to be so dismissive of the women who come to them in fear for their lives?
