👩💼 Even before you’re in a leadership position, pay attention to how you talk about yourself and how you speak to others. Leaders don’t say “I, maybe and if”, they say “we, yes/no and let’s do it”.
This takes practice, and like a muscle the more you use this language the more natural it will feel.
If you think of yourself as a leader and talk like a leader, others will quickly recognise what you already recognise in yourself 🔥
