Ember isn’t the only one navigating big feelings about this change. It’s been a super emotional week as we all traverse the transition from our cozy little co-op to the behemoth that is LAUSD. Embracing the next chapter with courage and excitement and accepting the sadness that comes with leaving behind the safety and security of a community we love so much. Looking forward to nurturing the lifelong friendships we’ve all been so privileged to make as well as the new ones that will undoubtedly come along on our sweet girl’s educational journey.
Make new friends but keep the old, one is silver and the other is gold. A circle’s round, it has no end, that’s how long I want to be your friend. 🎶
