Research shows there’s a lot we can do to reduce our risk.
For this reason I’m seriously exploring a vegan diet.
Nearly 3 years without a sip of alcohol sure ain’t hurting my chances, either.
That’s something to celebrate.
Connecting with kind souls like Janice while stone cold sober is way more fun than any drunken night I’ve ever had.
