Amy Williams Instagram – Finding time to work out as a busy parent can feel like a juggling act, but it’s so worth it! 💪 Here are 6️⃣ tips to help you squeeze in that much-needed exercise even with a hectic schedule.
Remember, a healthier you is a happier you, and that benefits the whole family! ❤️

1️⃣Early Morning Workouts: Start your day with a workout before the kids wake up. It’s a quiet, uninterrupted time to focus on yourself and set a positive tone for the day. Just 20min can make a difference.

2️⃣ Involve the Kids: Turn playtime into exercise. Activities like dancing, playing tag, or even a family walk can be fun and active for everyone.

3️⃣Short and Intense: Do high-intensity HIIT or other short, effective workouts that can be done in 15-20 minutes. You’d be surprised at how much you can get a muscle burn 🔥 in a short time.

4️⃣ Use Breaks Wisely: Utilise small pockets of time throughout the day. Do squats while cooking, take a brisk walk during lunch breaks, or do a quick workout during nap time.

5️⃣ Home Workouts: Save time on commuting to the gym by setting up a small workout space at home. I write most my clients programs with just a few dumbbells and bands.

6️⃣ Prioritise and Schedule: Treat your workout like any other important appointment. Schedule it in your calendar and stick to it. Consistency is key, even if it’s just a few times a week.
