Tip 2: Make It a Game! 🐻
Turn exercises into games. Jump like a kangaroo or crawl like a bear, hide under you as a tent ⛺️.
Tip 3: Short and Sweet! ⏱️
Keep workouts short and fun. Aim for 10-15 minutes to keep them engaged!
