➡️ Mia is the recipe developer, content creator and creative manager of @twistedgreen the plant based sister of the UK’s biggest food media brand, @twisted (which boasts over 40m followers across their social media platforms)
She is a self-taught chef who experimented with cooking from a young age but quickly developed an obsession with street food after leaving university. In 2020, Mia turned her passion into a full time job when she founded Always Cook on the Bright Side, an online vegan cooking school, in the midst of the pandemic. She went on to cook with hundreds of people from around the world as well as the likes of Disney UK and some of the most prolific universities in the country.
