Christina Pascucci Instagram – Sam was epic not only at making people feel special, but also at capturing our life moments. Something that gives me some comfort is that I really cherished those moments with him in real time, as you’ll see here at the end of this clip when he moved me to tears.
A funny side note— he was the first one to discover I had gotten engaged. He was sneaky like that. Masterful at asking the right questions, leaning into that spidey sense he had, and then…a pregnant pause. I would spill all my secrets haha.
Sometimes you realize after someone is gone the impact they had, but I think a lot of us recognized it during his enormously impactful life. And that is part of Sam’s legacy.
He made us feel like family. We had just spoken last week and he was always sure to stay in touch and be in the know with everything happening, up until the very end.
