Cici Coleman Instagram – Being constantly busy isn’t cool; having balance is. I’m not sure if it’s the result of my long stint in London or a trait inherited from my family, but for as long as I can remember, I’ve associated overworking with status and appeal. I used to proudly boast about juggling three jobs and filling my days to the brim. Complaining about my packed schedule almost became a strange source of satisfaction. Whenever someone suggested a solution, I’d instinctively push back, insisting that it was impossible; these tasks were essential, and they just didn’t understand. However, I’m slowly grasping the concept of balance. I’ve realised that investing time in myself pays off not only for my well-being but also for those around me. Simple acts like taking proper lunch breaks, hitting the gym, or enjoying a daily walk have remarkably improved my mental state, boosted my energy levels, and strengthened my relationships. 💫💫💫
