These are words of Kanikau, of lamentation, passed down through the generations so we would always honor the sacred passage into the realms of the ancestors. There is nothing sacred about genocide. Sacrilege literally means the violation and desecration of sacred places and space. Robbing or vandalizing a church, chapel, oratory, convent, or monastery, or mosque. Committing immoral and sinful acts inside a sacred building, such as murder or sexual acts. This is what Israel is doing. There is no debate and no nuance. They call IOF “soldiers.” They are trigger addicted psychopaths on a murdering spree that whole countries are not only defending but supporting with our tax payer dollars. This is a genocide of innocent civilians who are now trapped between the devastation of their sacred homelands and the wall Egypt is building to keep them out. How can you defend Israel? At this point, how can you even stomach this horror? How can you see thousands of children disfigured and murdered and still believe that Israel is the victim? I can hardly breathe witnessing this devastation. I cannot even begin to imagine what it is like living this. They have shadowbanned so many Palestinian voices. They have murdered hundreds of Journalists and their families. They have murdered over 30,000 innocent civilians. Twelve thousand of which are innocent babies and children. How can so many of you sit and watch this like entertainment? How can so many of you continue to be proud of countries that only exist because they have done and continue to do the evils that Israel is carrying out right now at this moment. I remember weeping knowing that she is only in her mid twenties and has done and continues to everything she possibly can to survive this genocide which is something we all really can’t even begin to imagine what is like. Not only has she been forced to evacuate on foot, she has also been without steady supply of food and water. She suffered through illness and through covid. All while reporting to the world the truth of what is happening right now and what has been happening for the past 134 days and 75 years to Palestine. And yet, the world leaders with the power to STOP THE MOST DOCUMENTED MASSACRE IN HISTORY, have done absolutely nothing to stop it. Israeli civilians are blocking off supplies to Palestinians. They are having rave parties in their cars and going live on tiktok to show the world that they love to murder and starve innocent people. And so many people are cheering them on. Even people of color. Even some of my own people. Do you really think people who rape, torture, and hunt civilians should be given an award of land and resources and health insurance on our tax payers dollars. And why do so many of you think your hands are clean from this just because it is happening far away from us? It’s very clear and simple to understand. If you pay taxes, the government is using YOUR MONEY to supply Israel with the bombs that they are dropping over INNOCENT CIVILIANS killing over 30,000 since October 7th. Hamas has announced that they will return hostages and the evil leader of Israel decided that he doesn’t give not one fuck about that and announced that they will continue this horror until there is a victory. This is not a war. There is nothing to win. This is genocide. And if you are silent, you are complicit, period. I honestly hope all of you in the peanut gallery who wrote to me and others and threatened my life and other peoples lives over your undying love for Israel feel fking gross and despicable because you are.
