Julie Zhan Instagram – Hello social media! Can’t believe it’s been 8 months! Finally felt compelled to do a post because it’s always a reflective time on my birthday. I’ve been on a journey to rewire my neural pathways away from trauma responses, perfectionism, and people pleasing, and towards hope, joy, and authenticity. I’ve been shifting my sense of value away from productivity and social accolades, and towards nurturing my health, my relationships, and creative projects that my soul is compelled to share. I’m very much a work in progress, but I’m proud to say that on this trip around the sun, I’m the happiest and most confident I’ve ever been. For anyone still reading, this is a reminder that your productivity and accomplishments do not define you.
