Kelly Noonan Instagram – Social media has created the perfect arena for a culture of judgment. Much of it toxic and hurtful. But the shade we throw at others, even in the quiet of our minds, entangles us to the frequency of judgment. It has nothing to do with the target of our judgment and everything to do with our subconscious beliefs about ourselves and our worth, and our fears about life’s safety, or lack there of. I am going to use this as an opportunity to start cultivating more love and acceptance toward myself by disentangling myself from judgment, and re-entangling myself with compassion. Curiosity and compassion are the antidotes to this divisive, cancel culture we find ourselves in.
